While this file was written in Microsoft Excel, it is reported to be compatible with Open Office, which is free, and can be downloaded here. Do not open the file; you must download it to submit entries. There have been reports of downloaded files appearing to not contain the 3 required worksheets. In that case, use these directions: Display or hide all sheet tabs On the Tools menu, click Options. On the View tab, under Window options, select or clear the Sheet tabs check box. Note: When you display sheet tabs, a Sheet tab bar appears at the bottom of the screen with tab scrolling buttons displayed on the left side.
